ASW Subscription Service Plans

In an effort to carry forth the ASW tradition of our fair & honest service policy, ASW is proud to announce our subscription based computer help. There are 3 plans designed to better help the needs of all computer users at any level. Now you know there is someone there to call and help you with your problems. All plans will expire one year from the purchase date, and cannot be carried from one year to another.

ASW Plan #1 is for e-mail and phone support only. ASW Plan # 2 & 3 can be used for what ever the subscription holder would like. E-mail time is added up by the amount of time it takes to write the average response. With research involved, the time for the average e-mail is 9 minutes. If an e-mail requires detailed research to generate an answer or help with a problem, then additional time may be added . You will be notified by e-mail first, before we begin, in case you do not want to use your time for that issue. You may also use your time as a phone call for anything at any time. You may get the dreaded answering machine, but if you are an ASW customer then you already know that we will call back that day and usually within a few hours.

ASW Plans #2 and #3 may also be used for house calls for any reason. Lets say you wanted to get a new piece of hardware, as ASW has done in the past, we sell you the item at cost plus installation. So you can get a new anything and use your subscription time to install it, set it up, and training on how to use it. You can even give your time to a friend in need, or buy them a plan as a gift. You can even use your time for one on one training on your system.

	Internal component cleaning at your location. Dust and grime removal from inside of case. ASW will professionally clean the CPU fan and heat sink, hardware cards, and all air vents to assure maximum cooling for extended computer life. To get your system back up to speed, we will also do a basic file management cleanup to get rid of any un-needed files that my be slowing your system down. Recommended for one year old systems.

	ASW Pro Cleaning Service
	Includes the above Lite cleaning, plus, ASW will completely clean the power supply and fan, floppy read/write head and CD ROM drive, plus a thorough cleaning to all internal components. We will also do an advanced system file clean up and operating system repair to bring back the speed and functionality of your computer system. A great way to insure your computer systems continued operation. Recommended for systems two years old and older.
